Entry level position with guidance from Investment Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio administrators are responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of trades in client accounts
  • Portfolio administrators are responsible for continuous mmonitoring of assigned client portfolios
  • Conduct portfolio and investment analysis as needed for current and prospective clients by utilizing software programs offered by Morningstar and DFA to generate reports as needed by the financial advisors
  • Assist Senior Analyst in any research related project
  • Provide data entry into portfolio accounting software and rebalancing software
  • Support other team members with their objectives and duties if needed
  • Ability to work with a team of people to accomplish a common goal
  • Manage compliance and regulatory adherence across the portfolio and for reporting
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education and Licenses:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree (Finance concentration preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Must have Series 7 and Series 66 license or pass the exam within 6 months of hire


  • $32,000 – $35,000 a year plus benefits
